This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased through whykusanagi.xyz. Our merchandise is produced on-demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify, and shipped from their production facilities.

1. Digital Products (No Shipping)

Digital products are delivered instantly via download link.

2. Print-on-Demand Production

How It Works

Physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, prints) is custom-made after you order:

  1. Order Placed: You complete checkout on our Shopify store
  2. Production Starts: Order is sent to Printify's nearest production facility (2-7 days depending on location)
  3. Quality Check: Item is printed, assembled, and inspected
  4. Shipped: Package is handed to shipping carrier with tracking
  5. Delivered: Carrier delivers to your address

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no updates for 10+ days after shipment:

  1. Contact the carrier first (they may locate it)
  2. If carrier confirms loss, contact us at support@whykusanagi.xyz
  3. We'll file a claim and send a replacement or refund

Stolen Packages (Porch Theft)

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Verify the address on your order confirmation
  3. File a police report for theft
  4. Contact us; we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis

Note: Once carrier marks "Delivered," it's out of our control, but we'll do our best to help.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos: Damaged packaging, damaged product, shipping label
  2. Contact us within 48 hours: support@whykusanagi.xyz
  3. Include: Order number, tracking number, photos
  4. Resolution: Free replacement or full refund
