This Refund & Return Policy outlines our policies for digital and physical products sold through whykusanagi.xyz. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (No Refunds)
Policy Overview
All sales of digital products are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Digital products include:
- Doujinshi and manga PDFs (Fall of Kirara, etc.)
- Digital artwork downloads
- E-books and written content
- Any other downloadable or electronically delivered content
Why No Refunds?
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery:
- Content is immediately accessible upon purchase
- Files cannot be "returned" once downloaded or viewed
- Refunding digital goods creates opportunity for fraud
- This is standard practice for digital content providers
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your digital purchase:
- Download link expired: Contact us for a new link
- File corrupted or won't open: We'll provide a replacement file
- Wrong product delivered: We'll send the correct product
- Payment processed but no download: Contact us immediately for resolution

Exceptions
Refunds for digital products may be granted ONLY in these rare circumstances:
- Duplicate charges or payment errors (bank/processor issues)
- Product fundamentally different from description (e.g., wrong language, missing pages)
- We are unable to deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe
Note: Requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and require proof of the issue.
2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)
Policy Overview
Physical merchandise (apparel, prints, accessories) is produced on-demand through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Returns and refunds are handled according to Printify's policies.
Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Defective Products: Manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damaged items
- Incorrect Items: Wrong size, color, or product shipped
- Damaged in Transit: Items damaged during shipping (must provide photos)
- Quality Issues: Printing quality significantly below standards
NOT Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Change of Mind: Buyer's remorse or no longer wanting the item
- Sizing Issues: Item doesn't fit (please check size charts before ordering)
- Color Variations: Slight color differences from screen to print (normal)
- Order Placed by Mistake: Accidental purchases cannot be refunded once production starts
- Delayed Delivery: Shipping delays due to carrier issues (not manufacturer defects)
Return Window
You must report issues within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective/damaged items: 30 days from delivery date
- Wrong items shipped: 30 days from delivery date
- Claims submitted after 30 days will NOT be accepted
Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email support@whykusanagi.xyz with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Photo of the product tag/label
- Review: We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days
- Resolution: If approved, we'll offer:
- Replacement product (re-printed and shipped)
- Full refund to original payment method
- Return Shipping: You do NOT need to return defective items (disposal is acceptable with proof of defect)
Replacement vs Refund
For defective physical products, we typically offer:
- First Choice: Free replacement item (re-printed correctly)
- Alternative: Full refund if you prefer not to wait for replacement
3. Order Cancellations
Before Production Starts
You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
- The order has not yet entered production
- You contact us within 2-4 hours of placing the order (varies by product)

After Production Starts
Once production begins, orders CANNOT be cancelled or refunded unless:
- The item arrives defective or damaged
- The wrong item is produced
- There is a quality issue with the final product
Digital Product Cancellations
Digital products cannot be cancelled after purchase, as delivery is instant.
4. Refund Processing
Timeframe
- Approval: We'll review refund requests within 2-3 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank/Card Posting: Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account (depends on your bank)
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card: Refunded to the original card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Other payment methods: Refunded via the same processor
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Only part of your order is defective (multi-item orders)
- You accept store credit instead of full refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the issue is our fault)
5. Exchanges
Size/Color Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors.
Since products are made-to-order, we cannot exchange items for size/color preferences. Please:
- Check size charts carefully before ordering
- Review product photos and descriptions
- Understand that print-on-demand items are custom-made per order
Defective Item Replacements
If your item is defective or incorrect, we'll send a replacement at no charge.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Policy on Chargebacks
Please contact us BEFORE filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
We take chargebacks seriously and will:
- Provide all order documentation to your bank/processor
- Permanently ban accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks
- Pursue legal action for chargeback fraud
Resolving Issues
We're committed to resolving issues fairly. Before disputing a charge:

- Provide order details and describe the problem
- Give us 2-3 business days to respond with a solution
We'll work with you to find a fair resolution (refund, replacement, or other remedy).
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
All physical orders include tracking. If your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the shipping carrier (tracking number provided)
- If not resolved, contact us within 7 days of delivery date
Our Responsibility
- Lost in Transit (No Tracking Updates): We'll reship or refund
- Delivered But Not Received (Porch Theft): File a police report; we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis
- Wrong Address Provided: Customer responsibility; we cannot reship or refund
8. International Orders
Customs & Import Duties
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
- These fees are determined by your country's customs office
- We cannot predict or control these charges
- Refusal to pay customs fees results in package return (no refund)
International Refunds
Refunds for international orders follow the same policy as domestic orders. However:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Currency conversion fees are customer's responsibility
- Return shipping (if required) is customer's responsibility
